FOUNDATIONS: We coach you on how to move efficiently and safely by focusing on the key movements you’ll need to handle our Performance classes. We call it getting to be athletic ready. 

PERFORMANCE: This is the signature daily training session. It is the most complete training session you’ve ever done. Each week is carefully programmed to ensure you get a well-balanced training program. We call it fitness truth. You’ll train with the group while you are individually coached. Be ready to lift a barbell, jump on a box, do some pull-ups and have a lot of fun doing it. We focus on skill and technique before intensity so we understand how to progress you properly.

HIIT CAMP: Not your typical boot camp. This is high intensity training camp! More than just body weight movements, this session may include kettle bells, medicine balls or a jump rope. All muscles get hit (pun intended) while you burn mega calories. This is the perfect session to burn off a weekend of food and fun but it’s also a perfect way to get all-over strong and lean.

PACE: This is the ultimate treadmill workout. Whether you want to incinerate calories, get lean and shredded, improve your run splits or just have fun listening to music while you get coached on how to run efficiently, PACE is it. This 45-minute class is perfect for any ability level since it’s individually scalable. Our certified PACE coaches will push you, interval you and guide you to be lean, strong and fast!
